We generally avoid joint viewings so that no interested party feels pressured to make a quick decision. We also allow plenty of time for viewings, so prospective buyers can take their time to explore the property.
We would also like to point out that a spontaneous enquiry does not necessarily lead to an equally spontaneous viewing.
However, this is not because the estate agent is uninterested in showing the property; it may be because the owners are on site and do not wish to arrange appointments at short notice, or because we are not the only agency offering this property. Therefore, it is quite possible that viewings have already been arranged by a competitor, or that the key has been left with a colleague who is unavailable at the time of the enquiry.
It is very important for us to receive prompt feedback from you after the viewing. This will help us to keep the seller informed about the progress of the viewing, and to clarify and rectify any issues.
