In January 2025, after six valuable years working for an established estate agency in eastern Mallorca, I decided to start my own property agency. I had been harbouring the desire to realise my vision of a customer-oriented service for some time. Now was the time to turn this dream into reality.
The challenges of a new beginning
The path to founding my own agency naturally brought new challenges.
The first task was to create a portfolio of properties that offered both variety and quality. However, thanks to my contacts and recommendations from acquaintances, I was quickly able to put together an interesting selection.
Designing an appealing homepage was also crucial for the successful launch. The logo and colour scheme were chosen quickly, and the design was created in an appealing way.
Having an online presence is key to the success of any business today. Creating a website that is user-friendly, informative and aesthetically pleasing was a big task, but it was well worth it.
A successful start
My focused work and consistent, success-oriented commitment paid off. After just three months, I had built up a solid customer base and made my first sales. The positive feedback from my customers motivated me every day and confirmed that I had made the right decision. It transpired that my approach of prioritising personal contact with customers was exactly what many were looking for.
This led to the decision to found a company (SL).
The trust I have gained from customers and partners is the cornerstone on which I would like to build further.
Looking to the future
I am embarking on an exciting future in the property sector with my own company. I am looking forward to acquiring more properties, conducting informative viewings and acting transparently towards sellers and prospective buyers, in order to meet the needs of my clients.
