I have been living in the picturesque surroundings of Mallorca since 2016, and have used my long-standing passion for property to set up a company and help you find your dream property.

My roots are in Karlsruhe, Germany, where I worked in the 3rd generation of our 100+ year old family business, which specialised in the production of paints and varnishes and marketed them through its own wholesale business in Karlsruhe and Baden-Baden. This close association with the construction and renovation industry has had a major influence on my fascination with real estate. I developed a feel for the potential of real estate at an early stage by buying various properties, improving them with great dedication and in-depth knowledge, and later selling them at a profit.
These early steps laid the foundation for my career in property and gave me valuable insight into the industry.

My commercial training and the experience I gained in my parents' business - which I later took over in a managerial position - were essential for my later career. 
Among other things, I focused on damage assessment, where I was able to gain valuable knowledge. I expanded my knowledge through training courses and became an expert in the areas of moisture problems and structural defects. 

A few years ago I decided to sell the family business to a prestigious group and move to Mallorca. It was a decision that not only transformed my profession, but also my personal life. I have now been working successfully in the property sector for seven years and have established a name for myself in the sale of high quality properties, mainly on the upcoming east coast.
