Property inspection: We add your property to our portfolio and carry out an initial inspection ourselves so that we can not only describe your property, but also present and market it in the best possible way. Appropriate photographs are added to the exposé and your property is presented in the best possible light.

3. Viewings: We organise viewings and communicate with potential buyers. This makes the process of selling your property as relaxed as possible.

4. Negotiations: As soon as we have interested parties, we enter into negotiations. We represent your interests and ensure that you achieve the best possible price.

5. Notarisation: Of course we will accompany you to this appointment. The process is usually handled in advance by solicitors and we ensure that you, as the seller, are kept informed of the current status.
